Literally every job I’ve had, management despises me. I don’t cause drama or be lazy, I just do my job and go home. I’m currently a custodian and a crew trainer and assistant manager tried to get me replaced although in the 3 weeks I’ve been here, I’ve never missed a day or been called out during a meeting for having a dirty room or missing something although I always have to work by myself in the biggest room yet they partner people up in the smallest room and they always get called out. I did dishes today and I’m the fastest there yet they always try to find something to pick on me about. As soon as I got there, they were going to transfer me but the store manager who is above everyone refused so now I’m staying but it’s awkward. At this point I think retail/customer service jobs aren’t for me and I’m considering a trade since I don’t have kids and live with my parents at the moment.
Edit: I should probably mention I’m currently on an 8 hour shift since my schedule is open availability
