I know this is probably be for r/askhr but I'm asking it here because I don't want or need HRs stained glass experiences. I got a second interview with a uni as a recruiter for students. It included 3 private interviews, 2 group interviews, and a 20 minute presentation. Totaling up to 4.5hrs. they pulled doctors and pharmacists from their jobs and flew and zoomed people in. I'm told it's pretty standard. But this is the first time I've experienced it and don't know this perspective.
