My boss and I do not get a long at all and I know things will probably not work out, and I have been looking for a new job. He is extremely passive aggressive towards me. We used to be on better terms, but I stopped communicating with him altogether unless it is work related. When he is around I avoid him like the plague and at this point we are not on speaking terms. When I walk in, I don't even say good morning or acknowledge his existence.
Other than the above, I do all of my work very well, but he and I do not mesh at all. He has resorted to childish behavior like fucking with sh*t in my office and I know it is him because he has been in my office before. First he left his “business card” then on another occasion he left chocolate, but of course I have no way of linking any of this to him. I am looking for other work but what are ways to get fired but ensure I get unemployment.
