What can I do about it?

I recently quit a job I had been at for only 6 months. As in Monday. I'm supposed to receive my check tonight via direct deposit, however I have no access to my paystub as my employer locked me out of the pay system. They also aren't answering my request to have it emailed to me. Judging on how past employees were handled, I'm going to have money deducted from my pay that I did not authorize and be shorted on hours. This is a small business…like 8 total employees. They also have failed to pay overtime if I work.more than 40 hours in a week. There's a lot more to this than just me quitting, but I need advice. Do I have any legal ground to stand on?
