what can I do to counter work burnout?

For context I’m in my early 20’s and have only worked in food/retail. I’ve noticed a pattern in my work experience that for the first two months or so, I work fine and can bear through the stressful bits, but after that mark, I find it incredibly stressful to even think about work on my days off. It gets to the point where I become depressed at home and unable to enjoy anything or properly take care of myself.

I would love to live work free but I need money for rent/food/living expenses in general and it wouldn’t be fair to have my SO paying for everything.

It’s gotten to the point where I’m job hopping every two/three months in order to make ends meet just to keep myself from going to a dark place.

What can I do? I feel helpless and stuck and it feels like I’m running a marathon while not moving an inch.
