What Can i do with extra activities at work?

Now my manager asked about two months ago if i could help administering another system and that this wouldnt be too time consuming. At first this was true and everything was ok but now a lot of support and projects have been arriving to this new system and plus the work i had in the other system has been consuming me a lot of time and also stress because i dont really have expertise in this new system How Can i tell my manager that is enough of this new system and i should return to my normal duties? It is worth mentioning that i have seen in LinkedIn that normally companies recruit various people to administrate each system…
