I literally don’t know what employers are searching for.
I’m currently an engineering student (online) and work full time as a water treatment plant operator. 2 years experience doing it. Tired of never being home and want to change industries.
I’ve applied to lots of jobs, entry level, mid level, everything.
I can do everything, field work, office work, mechanical engineering, even jr level software development in python, C++, and C#. And a history of solid employment since I was 18. I’m sick of working 80+ hours to barely afford my lifestyle, but can’t get hired anywhere!
I’m about to give up, sell my house and live in a trailer cause I’m sick of it.
