I’d love to get a new job but am not skilled enough in my current role to move and am concerned I’ll go to an even worse company.
I’m wondering what your suggestions are for working with a leader that obviously does not like you? On a personal level I get along with this person but anytime I have to provide him updates on our broken processes from other projects, I can feel the annoyance and shortness coming through the screen.
For reference I work in cyber security so everything can be seen as high risk / high pressure.
