What do you guys think of this review?

This is a review for a childcare voucher program. This company has a lot of bad reviews. I think it was unprofessional how they handled the firing but the person who wrote the review didn’t help themselves by asking about transferring as soon as you start then saying you have to get used to the hours. Definitely shouldn’t give off a negative impression in you first few days.
