I applied twice to a company for a position I'm well qualified for. Got two rejection emails, no problem right? They posted the job again a few weeks later and multiple times in the past year. Its a big company worldwide ok? Now get this, I applied for two more positions I definitely didn't qualify for with zero experience. One they immediately replied with a email of rejection but the next one they sent interview and assessment for. Why tho? HR, recruitment and somebody is doing some strange stuff. I don't plan on completing my application with them.
Does anyone know what happened in these instances? Just curious
