What does burnout with an employer or work in general look like to you?

For me, when I begin to perpetually come in later than usual, I know I’m done. I was getting in at 7 to 7:30. Today? Dragged my feet in at 9. I want to spot other signs of burnout for myself, so I’d like to ask y’all what it looks like for you.
