I read the meaning of “ending work” in the FAQ. It's an ambitious goal. And if it hypothetically is possible, will take years and years to work. What do you want to see in the short term? Work from home? Unlimited paid time off (without a strict gatekeeping manager)? 4 day work week?

If anyone could point me to some sources for further research you'd be making a huge difference!
