What does the perfectly anti-work society look like?

I want to stress that I have zero position on anything, particularly pro anti-work society or anti anti-work society, I don’t even know the definitions of each — hence my question. I know the why behind anti-work, and I am not asking about how society gets to 100% anti-work. I am only asking — what is it? Like, the antiwork cause is to problematize work, and say the problem is perfectly solved, what does that achieved-goal look like? I carefully read everything in the subreddit info bank, and I definitely still do not know the answer here. Thanks!
