Did the strike have an impact? If not, can anyone give suggestions on where else I can shop, that actually supports and not exploits independent artisans?
For those who do not know. There was a boycott of Etsy in April because the executives raised the fees that they charge sellers by 30%. I shopped on Etsy to support independent artists, not greedy CEO’s. So, if the company is exploiting the sellers there is no reason for me to shop there. I participated in the boycott, but I have not heard any updates on the boycott.
