what info can I use to justify a raise

So I been at this company for like 10 years and the most experienced designer engineer they have. I was looking at the inflation calculator on the labor.gov website and I should be 5 k more than what I am making now just to be at the same power of spending since my last raise That's not even including merit increases and I will say I. Really really fucking good at my job and I really enjoy what I do Management has been very kind and flexible with COVID and my wife and I have a newborn in the NICU during COVID. Like allowing me to work remote while everyone else returned to the office. Then allowing exclusively me to work s hybrid schedule and to move to 4 10s. Just trying to paint you a picture that my work and it's management has been very very flexible and understanding…

Management has been very kind and flexible with COVID and my wife and I have a newborn in the NICU during COVID. Like allowing me to work remote while everyone else returned to the office. Then allowing exclusively me to work s hybrid schedule and to move to 4 10s. Just trying to paint you a picture that my work and it's management has been very very flexible and understanding with a lot of things. Hell they even paid for my masters without locking me into a contract

I am not looking to loose this job but I know I can make more other places. So besides interviewing elsewhere to see what I am worth and using the inflation calculator. What other statistics or metrics could I use to reinforce my case to get a decent bump?
