What are potlucks for, can you get in trouble for not participating in pot luck. Can they try to fire you secretly for not participating in that. Where does the rest of the money go to? Why should I join the potluck group and give money away every week. Job is requiring 10 bucks every week or two for pot luck. Every month I have to pay , multiply that by all the employees and when I see the receipt for food. Sometimes the food that was bought is less than the total amount of what everyone payed in total. Then they continue to do the pot luck every week or so, and the math is not adding up , where is the rest of the money going to.??? For sure perhaps some money is being pocketed. Mash potatoes, and chicken wings , rice, mac and cheese and some soda don't cost that much, sometimes it's Chinese food, family meal. The cost of food doesn't add up to what people give.
