More context.
After several problems with HR not doing their job (check my first post) & now even more problems with my supervisor demanding i do my job, though i am not able to due to him not making sure all my equipment is working. On top of this several of us workers have come together & started talking about how multiple times people have been promised raises for getting CPR training, & other personnel training, but never once has it been followed through with.
On top of this, we all signed contracts with corporate saying we would get reviewed in the first 90 days of work & none of us have (multiple of us has worked here for less than a year)
I am on my way out the door after this next paycheck.
Give me your best suggestion for what i could do to get the attention of the CEO, owner & higher up management that something is clearly NOT right & NEEDS to be done.
