My manager hasn’t taken PTO time in two years. Not even one day. Recently, they started scheduling a day or two of PTO here and there. And yet, even when they are “off”, they are constantly online, responding to non-urgent things and overall just still working as if they weren’t on PTO…
Not only is this unhealthy for them, it’s unhealthy for me because I never get a break from them, LOL.
I don’t get it. What’s wrong with you? Take time off. None of this shit is urgent.
