This is my first post so please bear with me. I have been with this company for almost a year now and I think I need something new. When I come in to start the day I'll come in 5 minutes early that's just how I am I don't like coming in at 10 or 15 minutes early. He just always has a comment about it like I'm here not late, get over it. I just don't see 5 minutes early being an issue. He basically never sleeps and gets to work @ 3am to then be a crabass because he didn't get any sleep.
The next thing is he always says to me and my other co-workers we are (the company's name) bitches. This just doesn't rub me the right way and I know it's not a joke. I talk to my wife about it and she says with him being the age he is this is all he has basically since he worked at the company basically all his life.
I'm just not to sure how to go about this.
