I think capping C level total remuneration to a multiplier of the median employee's wage would do great things. If you're a CEO and want to make more money you have to give everyone a raise.
Currently google says it's an average of 351-1, with some being upwards of 700-1, with 80% of big companies higher that 100-1.
Let's cap it at 100-1, including everything, stocks, options, quantifiable fringe benefits, etc.
