What may happen if you are too sick to work in Sweden

I live in Sweden and a month ago I was sent home from work due to a work related panic and anxiety attack. I went to a doctor (for free) who put me on sick leave untiI 30/6, as I was extremely stressed and depressed. For the first 2 weeks, I get 80% of my salary paid by my work place , no questions asked, no note needed. After that, I need a note that the doctor sends to my employer, and then I ask for support from the government. My boss has been nothing but supportive throughout this time, and has clearly expressed that they want me to be okay when I come back, and that they wish that this do not ever happen again. He has asked that we create a plan that will make the work load more manageable when I get back. You might Wonder what I do at this stage? I am a restaurant manager

I do not want to brag, but simply point out what can happen if your employer treats you like a human

Edit: I spoke to my manager today and he said that health is more important than anything else.
