Sorry if it's not right place to ask this question.
I'm in a US company based in China. I just heard from my manager that I would go into pip. He made clear he doesn't want me here. And I do want to find another job.
This is my first time working in a western company. I'm not familiar with the protocols.
Could someone explain to me what are my options?
Also would this reflect in my papers, like have a negative impact on my finding the next job?
I think my background check would be down in the drain, that's for sure.
