What should I do during my workday?

I work in business operations for a medical company. I work 40 hours a week, no more, no less. I’m paid very well and work remotely, but have about 2 actual hours of work to do per week. My boss lives in another state, and my co-workers are several hours away from me. I do have an actual office space (completely separate from anyone else, just 1 single office down a hallway) that I visit once a week for a few hours, but hardly do anything there. I just go there because I have the space. What would others be doing with all this extra time? I don’t really have to stay “active”, either. I let my Teams show “away” for the majority of the day. Anytime I have some actual work to do, it’s done immediately. Can’t really get more work from my boss because my role is specialized…
