Work in a position under the state for Texas. Manager is now requiring everyone to have a doctors note to use our sick leave as a coded time off, whether it's one day or four. Otherwise they're going to be chipping away at our PTO. I have over 40hrs of sick time but am not always going to go to the docs when I get the shits from eating bad sushi. Manager flat out said its due to having call in issues. sigh Life is grand.
