Our new co-worker told us that our boss privately complains about me and other co-workers to her. She has done the same to me, and this is the first I’ve learned she has talked shit about me. She says I do nothing. She’s told me other employees are crazy, or are weird and ask for peoples’ numbers and just fiddles with the product all day. The company that hired me is always attentive and asking me how things are going. Should I be honest?
