I got a promotion in the beginning of this year and I will be moving to another country in a few weeks the field in which I work is quite specific so they won't find a replacement in a while…
The law here dictates that I need to tell them one month before my last day. And the. Termination will be the 1st of the next month. So if I tell them now my last day will be the 1st of juli and if I quit next week it will be the 1st of august.
I have found out last week that company policy is that all journey's to and from work are on them and I wasn't notified about this… So just before I will quit, just after a promotion I will send them all my train tickets since I have started working here resulting in a 6k bill for them
And I feel guilty…
