I'm currently working at an office job and have been for ~2.5 years. I've moved from being a third-party contractor to temporary employee (to skirt the contractor time limits, got a raise and salary instead of hourly).
Now the company is finally looking to make me a full time employee but I'm having difficulty figuring out what tools I can use to determine my worth because I'm just about positive I'm being paid at least 10-15k less than just the average for the title I'll have (basic googling got me this). Problem is it seems like everywhere I look, the range is wildly different so I'd like to know what you folks used or use to determine your own worth?
