Been with company longer than anyone else on my team at work. This year my main manager and supervisor are talking down to me and treating me like I do not know what I am doing with my job. Been doing the same job 3 years now. Work fast, help other areas, and do what I am told quickily. This management tells the employees nothing but negatives and no positives. The moral of team is very low. Recently, was told by a co-worker that the manager over us, told this coworker that I was a b***h when this co-worker first started and before he started working with me.

Also, the supervisors on this team talk about everyone behind their backs and nothing positive. It's a toxic work environment. Even other employees and supervisers have noticed and have talked to me about it. At this company there is not an HR in the building. Been several years since have had HR.
