I got this idea when I was reading about job posts that lie about compensation and companies that require insane amounts of experience in everything.
Now I'm wondering what would happen if everyone lied on their CV/portfolio just to get into the interview, and then said the truth about lying before. So then people can tell the recruiters that they have too high requirements for too low compensation?
All negotiations can be done during interview. So it is potentially possible to get the job anyway afterwards. I'm not too sure if CV/Portfolio is legally binding but if everyone said the truth during interview (before signing contracts) both sides could make an agreement.
Is it even possible to get companies to not require cv's anymore if everyone lied?
