I know this is an anti-work subreddit. But a lot of what we hate about corporate culture all started during our school years.
School and learning are supposed to be enjoyable. But it's really not. Sometimes I try to imagine an ideal school system. The hardest part is, how do we decide to balance learning the essentials and learning what we are passionate about.
School, as it is set up, is miserable and that's the biggest reason why our education system fails. If we can school enjoyable, just maybe we would get better results.
