This was sent to me by my boss/CEO after he found out I was ahead of schedule on a project he assigned me.
Not to mention that I've been working 6-10 days a week, sometimes 12+ hours a day, since March. We have entry employees under me (general manager) ,and others in HQ, who take home more than us every two weeks while we struggle to make ends meet. Then we get to see posts of our CEO takes his son to the F1 race in Texas.
Had to fight for a title change when I was originally told I'd have to move to a new state and only work a store there, only to then be told last minute “hey, we're gonna have you travel and work from Nov to Dec in another state.”
Great. Cool. To prepare for that I worked really hard on the projects that have been piled on to me that aren't really in my job description (rewrite an entire company manual) and when I'm finally seeing the air above water I'm asked what else I can do to make his company thrive more.
