What’s a decent paying, easy enough job that you don’t mind doing?

I work in insurance and lately I can’t take screwing people over anymore. I don’t get paid that well. My only experience is in Insurance but I’m not sure I want to continue working in such a toxic environment. Any ideas what direction I should go in? TIA!
