What’s more stressful? Working in a fast food or performing a heart surgery in a hospital?

I don't mean it in a snarky way. It just seems that whether you have an academic degree or not, your work is always going to be stressful. There are no easy relaxed jobs. Yes, doctors get rewarded better than fast food workers, but they don't really get to enjoy their wealth if they have to spend so many hours a day, so many days a week at work.
