I'm looking to job hop to get a better pay rate and I have 5 years of working experience in construction/project management. What would be the reprocussions of me claiming I had a bachelor's degree in this field? Do they even check if I have a degree? I know with certifications the license number is needed but I'm sure Noone asks for a copy of your degree. Companies lie all the time at hiring why can't I?
