I really wanna quit my job. Its very far away and i dont really like it anymore. In about 2 months will i have worked there for atleast a year and i wanna secure another job before i leave my current one but i dont really like my boss. Nor do i think he likes me even tho i accepted the contract 2 months ago to become a full time employee. If the new company asks if there is someone they could call should it be good enough with a coworker ? I will atleast work there until i have an unemployment insurance. I think that after the winterbreak will i quit. This new place is only 10 min walk from my home and i can work night shifts which i really like because iam more of a night person.
TLDR: Whats the best way to have someone from your current company help you to get a place into a new job without having to write in your boss
