i recently transferred to a different business within the same company.
one was 4 days and the one i transferred to is 5 days only, however they both have the same salary. not to mention 10 hour days so im basically working for 10 free hours.
because of my transfer, i had about a month ahead of planned things for my day off that ive recently had to use all my pto for.
which means when i got food poisoning, i didnt have any pto to use so i just had to call out.
i like my job for the most part if you dont count the 10 free hours or making 1 day worth of pto over the course of 3 months.
but i really want to request they implement a sick day feature but after having called out a few times i dont know if its something they will take into consideration from me specifically.
any advice?
