“Tell me about a time you were the leader of a team, and you were faced with a challenge that was so difficult you thought it would be impossible, but you ended up leading your team to victory?” the last 5 entry level job interviews I had all asked this question.
Best answer I had was So this one time I was playing Fortnite with some squeakers. And they were really bad. I thought forsure we were gonna lose. They both died to grenades early on. But I ratted the fuck out of the closing circle and 360 noscoped the last guy to get a win for our team.
