What’s the word for an entirely useless person that’s just parroting corporate ideals without even any rewording?

Can't place it, english isn't my first language. Anyways, the guy is just there to push company agendas and continuously bug for updates from everyone, that's all he's doing. Continuously a busybody so he'd be noticed as useful in chats.
