Idk if I'm in the right or wrong for this one.
The other day I got yelled at by my boss for showing up only a minute early to my shift. Apparently I should be arriving 10 minutes early so I can set up the machines and be ready by the time my shift starts, and then stay an extra 10-15 minutes after my shift ends.
In my opinion, setting up these things counts as work, I don't even get paid for the extra 20-30 minutes he wants me to do.
So naturally I confronted him about it, he said it's disrespectful to arrive on time and that I should look like I'm happy to be here. In total he wasted 15 minutes to yell at me.
Idk what to do, I can't be happy to be here, it's a shitty job and it's not exactly the highlight of my day to come here. Idk if I'm right or wrong to confront him about that or if I should just listen to him.
