I can understand if your job includes constant communication and/or needs all your attention, but if you’re just stocking shelves or cleaning, why do managers seem to care so much if you’re just wearing one while working? Stocking doesn’t need rapt attention, and you can still hear what someone’s saying. I feel like it’s just another little micromanagement thing they do.
