I started a new job 2 months ago as an auditor with the promise I would be trained up and learn the ins and outs of the business. My first day I was sat in front of a computer screen with nothing to do and it's been the same since. Even though I have asked for things to do.
I just know they are gonna eventually heap tons of work on my desk, then when it ain't done perfect (because I haven't been trained) a huge deal will be made.
It seems the case everywhere. Start a job and there is no training at all (either that or you are shown once and expect to be an expert)
Anyone else have this problem?
