When I declined my the “promotion” my boss asked when my last day would be?

To sum it up my boss offered me a salaried “promotion,” where I would have to work 50hrs a week, overtime on top of that, and come in on weekends. It would also come with an increase in responsibilities and it is only a 38 cent raise. With just the 50hrs I would be making 5.5k more than the offer he gave me. The 38 cents is also no where near enough to cover inflation (he didnt give me a raise because he claimed he would offer me the position). When I told him that unless he would be willing to negotiate I would have to turn down the position he asked when my last day would be. I explained I'm not quiting and he asked again that I let him know in advance when my last say would be. Again I explained I'm not quiting. He then said the…

Tldr: know your worth and dont let your boss convince you into quiting.
