So I was just called in for 3rd “Random” drug test.. 2nd in the last 6 months.
Meanwhile in the same amount of time.. most of my fellow coworkers have had 0 or 1 RDT with the exception of a coworker who has had 6 in the same time. He of course is atthe top of management's shit list.
I have a decent knowledge of statistics and we have a large enough group that I am fairly confident this is not coincidence.
I am dying fto get my hands on the writen policy that outlines how “random” should be determined. Since it's gvt I'm sure it's written somewhere and I'm sure my company isn't following it.
The only problem is if I request it.. I will create a shit storm.. I want a few more years on my pension b4 I leave.
What should I do?
