Whenever I call out my boss says “We don’t have anyone to cover you.” Like okay? That’s literally not my problem.

I don’t need to be guilt tripped every time I’m not feeling well. Sure, I called out a few weeks ago and called out for today due to a “personal emergency.” You could argue I’m calling out too much.
