Where can I find a job that is not strict about using electronic devices?

I work as a security guard and my company is very strict about using electronic devices on company time. I read other security guard jobs are sometimes not as strict about using electronics and such. But eventually I want to get away from security and do other jobs. I want to know which jobs are not as strict about bringing electronic devices with you to entertain yourself when you have free time?
