I absolutely hate this question during interviews. The last interview I heard it, I knew I wasn’t going take the job. So I gave back to the applicant community: “Where do you see yourself in 5 years?” “Nope. Not after 2020. Reach into your bag of canned questions and pick out another one. That question is no longer valid in todays world.”
