So where does this shit come from that since I make $9 an hr and my GM makes probably 75k yearly and his shift leads make probably $14 to $15hr I'm SUPPOSED to do MORE to prove myself or work harder than said GM. MY IDEOLOGY is you get paid more to run around this store not me!! I got hired to deliver a pizza not answer your phones and make and cut the pizza…… where does this shit come from….. is it supposedly cause he put the time in he gets to work less hard than me…. I'm super like intrigued by this idea cause I'm not doing the shit for $9hr. Pretty much wants me to run the show cause I can and wants me to do it at $9hr lol… Feel free to chime in…..
