I see a lot going on for workers rights for service industry jobs that seem to be in office setting or aligned with tech. It truly makes me happy seeing people take any kind of dignity and livelihood back for themselves. I work in a manual labor field. Its extremely hot exceeding all outdoor temperatures. Its heavy and strenuous on our bodies. It is also extremely time consuming causing a decent amount of time spent away from family. Now im not complaining about these conditions because that is my path i chose however i am interested in any ideas to make it a little more ideal. Every year it gets hotter and colder and the same drive from manual labor workers is still expected. I just dont know the game plan.
