While I value the very important stories being shared on here, I think many on this subreddit have a disillusioned view of the world.

A lot of you folks think your small little quitting act or rebellion actually has an impact on most large scale companies. It really doesn't. It's just really weird to see people who think they as an individual, or their small little group of coworkers has any significant impact whatsoever on multibillionaire companies. It doesn't. For the most part. You're just a very very small affordable, disposable, and replacable cog in system and your individual worth to companies like that is near 0.
