Ok so I recently got employed by a supermarket chain as a online assistant they gave is 4 weeks to decide if the role was for us, manager has a WhatsApp group and everything this is important later on trust me.
So come this week I message my line manager and tell her the role is not for me and I'm giving 1 weeks notice as nothing bad went wrong I just couldn't get into the fast pace of the job she instantly removed me from the group with no warning fiar enough I guess? So went in to work yesterday no issues no one knows and the manager was off so no awkward meetings and stupid oh how can I keep you crap now today I went in to work and because it's early start I was already in a tried and bad mood obviously, come about 7 o'clock I get my next list oh wait it's pre pick items flowers to be specific I was never trained in this specific thing so aimlessly wonder round asking all colleagues what it wants me to actually do, one lady said go talk to the manager she then shouts her and tells her what's up she then gives me a dead stare and says “are you new?” I go yea I'm on my 4th week she goes “that's not new you should know this by now” I gave her a confused look and said no one showed me how she goes ok then gets someone to basically do if for me while showing me so anyway after that I'm pissed because of the altercation between me and her so I sign off my handset and go to the bathroom to cool off I then clock out two minutes early and won't be going back tomorrow for my shift if managers wanna talk to me like crap I'll make them feel like crap when they have to get on the shop floor and help out.
Also blocked my managers number and WhatsApp so they can try and get ahold of me tomorrow but I'm not going and they can't contact me! Petty revenge is good!
